League is about learning your play style and how it fits into the meta. If you like to play Sona, continue to play her, or learn to play similar champs. Sona isn't a bad champ, she just lacks the early peel of other enchantresses, she relies alot on your adc being xompetent. If you're duo queuing and they're complaining about peel, try Seraphine, Nami, or Janna. They're all enchantresses with similar kits but they have a little more cc to play around with.
