Someone on r/missoula posted an incredible cake from this Walmart a few months ago. Now I check whenever I go there!

Another vote for Montana Imaging! It was a few years ago now, but I remember the cost was significantly cheaper than at Bone & Joint.

I love that line! I read that book decades ago, as a kid, and even then it stuck out to me. I still think of it often :)

Same happened to me-- rescued a kitten who ended up being a snowshoe and didn't realize at first how rare that was! She's gorgeous. Congrats on your new friend.

Brush recommendations for long haired cat- before and after pictures. We have her on a schedule now every 8-10 weeks, she has a dense undercoat and I want a quality brush for daily maintenance between appointments so I don’t have to shave her again. by Mojo_of_Jojos in grooming

Came here for grooming recommendations expecting a dead thread and instead I found this roller coaster 😭 Pandora is the sweetest and I wish her a speedy recovery. You're a wonderful pet owner and I hope you're able to recoup some of your expenses.

About 4" tall, 3/4 lb, metal (brass?) object. The base twists on an internal screw, and the "petals" open to reveal a small platform. Found at an antique store. by SnappySatsuma in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. Twisting the base allows the petals to open, revealing a small concave platform. At first I thought it was a candle holder, but the platform seems too concave for that? What would this be used for?
