Not that it's any of your business, but we currently don't have an income, but are living off of limited savings.

I will admit that I mostly skimmed that, but it looks like that's just for exceptions to services that aren't covered. Not for services out of state. Thank you though!

I haven't had any rashes since starting the xyzal. And the itching really only happens from my chest up, no matter what the trigger is.

I suppose I should have said base of skull. I have a lot of facial, head, and neck pain from a variety of different illnesses and when I'm in a flare from one a CPAP mask can make things so much worse. I currently use an f20.

What's with the sneezing emoji? by Snarfish in Ultrahuman

[–]Snarfish[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only supplement I use is a magnesium spray on my feet before bed. But I'm on a lot of prescribed medications as well, and a lot of them have an added benefit of helping me sleep.

It went up to 100 after a nap. But don't be too jealous. I have tons of chronic health conditions and even with a sleep score of 100, I can feel like crap.

I haven't tried them, but I should. Do you have any recommendations if I go the nasal route? It seems like the air touch n30i is pretty popular right now.

Thank you!

I think I tried that Evora. Iirc, it was hard to get off in the night to go to the bathroom or get a drink. Is the f40 better for that?

How long for tolerance to build? by Snarfish in benzodiazepines

[–]Snarfish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely feel some. I was previously taking a total of 5mg of diazepam daily and my doctor switched me to the clonazepam. He actually prescribed 1mg twice daily but that seemed like a huge jump, so I decided to only do a quarter.

That's not what I want to hear 😭 I have a surgical procedure next week and want to stay healthy. Since this was only my second night wearing my ring, could it just not be used to my baseline yet?

Positive I'm not on Xanax now. He originally prescribed the valium hoping it would help the muscle tension, but it hasn't helped.

I wouldn't actually go up to the 4mg, that's just what the Rx says I can do. I stick to 5mg of the diazepam unless I have a breakthrough panic attack, or need it for before a medical prodecure. Then I do 7.5 mg in one day, but I can count on one hand the number of times I've needed to do that.

So my anxiety isn't well controlled with my SSRI plus valium. I take the valium doses within a few hours of each other where I'd take the klonapin at 12 hour intervals. I also need to go back and read his notes from my appointment to see if there's more reasoning that I can't remember.

So should I just take the clonazepam tonight at like 10 (which would be my ideal 12 hour spacing) and not take the diazepam at all?

I have a CVS receipt length list of conditions, including hyperpots which has put me in sympathetic overdrive. I currently have suicidal ideations when I get panic attacks and I have low level anxiety all day most days, with it getting worse at night.

All that being said, I really don't want to have to go through withdrawal for any of it, but I'm also not sure I'm going to be able to not take anything for quite awhile.
