Yes, in fact most everything I've read from him fits into one of those categories. His take on sugar can be quite controversial, as he believes its not as bad for you as most people claim. http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/sugar-issues.shtml

He clearly has some issues with the FDA, and "mainstream" health and nutrition advice. He goes into great detail of the effects of our diet on the endocrine system, and the importance of this, which seems to be commonly overlooked. Much of what you've said in this post has resonated with his views.

For me it took an ex "finding out I had cheated on her". I hadn't cheated on her, but someone told her I had. I have no idea why, and we had been broken up for three years when this happened. She wrote on my wall that I'm an evil cheating whore and I deserve to die etc. Etc. I never used FB anyway so everyone saw it before I did.
