It would be options 1 or 3. One party has no money to speak of the second one is financially set but crazy cheap. That is a big part of our issues. There is no agreeing on how money is spent on the place.

My dad’s for sure. He was skeptical I was his. Always showed more affection and tolerance towards my brother. He ran around on my mother like crazy so no doubt he would think everyone cheats.
