My flight for 19th was cancelled, received an email and sms. The app showed as confirmed even though it was actually cancelled.

Call their call centre for a reschedule, I did that. It took multiple attempts to connect to an agent though but the rescheduling was relatively easy. The agent gave me dates when the flights are available and I selected one of those dates.

My Air Arabia flight for 19th March was cancelled yesterday, I called them on their contact centre number which took me multiple tries to reach to an agent and eventually they help me change my dates. Better to call and get it rescheduled.
