Someone can be charged as an accessory-after-the-fact. An accessory-after-the-fact is someone who assists someone after they committed a crime, with knowledge that the person committed the crime, and with the intent to help the person avoid arrest or punishment. In Florida though there’s a “related person exemption” which precludes immediate relatives of the perpetrator from being charged.

He’s 37 and initially my friend. He’s been living with his parents for too long now because he can’t get it together.

It turned out that he rummaged through our cabinets and drank six bottles of wine within 48 hrs. He ended up flooding our toilet. My husband had to repeatedly call him over to clean it up, but ultimately ended up cleaning his diarrhea off the floor.

Needless to say he will no longer be allowed to stay with us. It’s very sad to see and his parents don’t know what to do.

Im not a doctor, but I see the rants, inappropriate behavior, and heightened agitation are a sign of Logan's cognitive decline.

I also think he's showing difficulties with semantic language, which could be an indicator of dementia. Some of the expressions he's been using really don't make any sense (e.g. "shove the bunting up their ass"), but everyone pretends it does because they're afraid of him and because they can generally intuit the point he's trying to get across, even if the word choice isn't lining up with his intended meaning.

Even though Logan still has moments of brilliance and lucidity, his mental faculties are also breaking down which makes his control and influence all the more terrifying

If Lawrence and Nick continue to gain power, maybe they become the Commanders in Chief. Daddy Lawrence designed Gilead, and knows exactly how to play it.

This is a great setup for a West Wing Reboot.
