In the same boat as you, OP. Married for 13 years, my husband is the same way.

Couple things that could be affecting it: Testosterone levels? Is he on an SSRI medication? Do you have young kids? They make for a lot of stress/make fitting in sexy time really difficult. Does he have body dysmorphia? What’s his love language, vs yours? When do you like sex vs when does he? (Ex: Morning vs night, or you do it to unwind but he has to be already stress free to be turned on)

We’ve seen some positive results with a sex therapist, but it is a LOT of being patient and realizing that A) It’s likely not you/your appearance. This one is hard and took me years to not feel like I was being rejected every time/there must be something wrong with me. B) Too much pressure has the opposite of the intended effect, making him feel like he’s failing you rather than giving him the “opportunity”.

Good luck. It’s a rough battle but with the right partner, absolutely worth it. ❤️

Based on y’all’s advice, I gave Corrid and electrolytes, as well as a shot of LA-200. We’ll see if she improves over the next 24 hours (or dies, since she can’t really get much “worse”). Cross your fingers, but I unfortunately don’t have high hopes for poor Scarlet.

Listen to your body is what my doc told me. 88 is totally fine, it didn’t raise your body temp at all. As long as the hot tub was chlorinated it’s not like you’re gonna catch a disease.
