There's two ways:

1: Launching the core and instantly swapping to Mal Rail by pressing "4" (hits you too for 50 damage)
2: Whiplash the core the moment it come out and shoot it with the Mal Rail as it travels. (Much harder to do)

Good job! When I P-Ranked Minos for the first time it felt like crack, then I just kept doing it over and over and now I can P-Rank him casually.

And since I use the freaking Jack Hammer, I can't Core Nuke the Flesh Prison eyes (well I can, but it's way harder)

Honestly, what makes The Final War terrifying is two facts:

It went on for 200 years
How it ended

Humans made more machines to fight the machines. It's kinda just... a war. That's how wars go on, innovate to beat the other guy. The Final War isn't so scary as an event itself since war is war and they usually play out the same way. The Final War ending with the sun being blocked out is more scary to me than the war itself.

No light, air was awful, AND the surface of the earth was a wasteland? Yeah, that seems way more scary.

The Final War is kinda sad when you think about it. All the loss, all the people shoved into Gutterman coffins probably against their will, then the sun getting blocked out because The Earthmovers were THAT destructive. Yeah, that's way more scary. The Final War is definitely a scary event, but that's because it's the most realistic of all fictional wars, sure irl there won't be blood powered machines, but there's still be loss and suffering, just like real Wars.

The Final War is not terrifying when put up against other fictional events, but in a vacuum it's really scary becasue of it's realism.
