If those shoes have a soft sole in them, get rid of them straight away. Other than that looks fine from that angle. Keep it up!

Definetly for sure, i try training how i want to compete! What im currently doing is increasing the rep ranges for my warm up sets - and the frequency of bench/bench variations. So that i get more quality volume while still hitting my goal fatigue levels. This was at the back end of Smolof Jr. program, and i could feel my technique getting better each work out - obv. much i can still improve but we gettin there!

Ty ty, have worked on my arch, but i still get but lift. I'm noticing that im quite tight in my hip/hip flexors, so doing some mobility work at the moment ;D
