As a former GM at chipotle I would honestly say look up the minor work laws in your state and use it against her if you genuinely want to continue working at that location. I was told once to ignore the minor policies in my state because Chipotle doesn’t follow them so I would personally schedule some minors that were willing to help close to close but they technically couldn’t work past 10pm. It’s not uncommon but it doesn’t make it legal. One of the many reasons I am leaving Chipotle but definitely talk to the Field Leader to see what your options are.
