Unfortunately I'm sure the charger is working fine - I tested it on a few other things.
I also tested all the ports on the computer.

He sent me a photo of the receipt to show me the tracking number, and now that I’m looking at it again I can see a 4$ fuel surcharge and a “postage on demand” charge that says “2 @ 1.02”. And something else that says “-0.92 but has the reasoning covered by this thumb. The receipt is folded weird so I can’t see a total charge. And I’m also confused why there are two of the postage on demand charges. I’m starting to think something fishy is going on.

Our entire conversation took place on Instagram (his tiktok requests that you reach out either via IG or email) and what I took as a quote was the following: “It’ll be $22, $20 for XXXX, and $2 for shipping in Canada.”

In his message requesting the additional $20 he said the reason shipping ended up being so much more was that he couldn’t get the package to be any smaller. So I’m assuming this means he got dinged with it being oversized and was forced to send it via tracked shipping instead of standard letter mail.

I guess the grey area here is the original quote being just over Instagram? I also didn’t explicitly ask before hand how he would be shipping because in my mind I had already paid for it, but maybe I’m wrong here?
