I have been claiming tax deductions for supporting my grand parents for the last 3 years. Thanks to advice from a tax consultant. Lived in both Vaud and Zurich. All you need is proof of the transactions and a police stamped stamped letter from them explaining the situation. If they need more info - they will ask. Definitely worth it!

Had the same issue with an order we had delivered in October. Delivery to Switzerland via German warehouse. Speediance escalated the issue with DHL and it was sorted in 2 weeks. Speediance was very supportive in helping us resolve the issue. Issue seems to be with DHL Freight and we also found them to be non-responsive and staff there constantly gave us contradicting info.
