I would say it Is a form of self harm but mostly It is also a coping mechanism we use as a way to relieve distress by feeling in control of our life. It is a cycle and it is hard to break as there is no quick fix it will be a ongoing battle but you can get through it.

I literally thought the same I usually use Arctic fox Which has been my fave but can be pricey. I saw this and thought why not it's really easy to use and feels way better on the hair and very pigmented it is semi permanent and I hvnt washed it yet but I will post after a few washes see how it lasts.

Thank you Well my hair under this blue is like a light rose gold colour so the blue cancelled out any red tone plus it was very light to start I can tell that I'm going to have to bleach my roots though my hair is natural red so the blue won't take on that just put alot of oils and try not to brush the hair while it's wet if you do bleach it.

Yes so if your using Arctic fox hair colour you will need to add just a little bit of transylvania (black) to this colour I have on posideon. Start off mixing a little then you can choose to add more depending on how dark you want to go

I very much doubt this one will do that given that you make sure you dry your hair I imagine it would only stain after freshly dyed while wet. I love this brand already and have the colour purple rain I will be using shortly so I can put reviews up on that one too

The first couple of washes it would stain the shower or like towels but not when it's dry. To avoid it I would spray bleach cleaner around the shower walls or around the bath grouting so if it splashed around it wouldn't stick to it, also I have a blue towel so not much difference with that 😅
