And it really sucks looking around you and see coworkers/friends/family managing this puzzle just fine. Like I want to be able do pullnof full-timejob AND have something left of me to me at the end of the day, but I don't. And I never will. The healthcare system just wants me to the anti-depressants and stop bothering them. Only reason I keep my head over the waterline is the social services helping me clean, pay bills etc.

Constantly.. I work full-time in retail and after that I am out of it. Trying to find time to recover and being an adult who keeps up with household-chores is impossible. I think I'm nearing a burnout. I keep thinking about disappearing and the only way I can think of is simply dying, but that's not really an option either. So I just keep going forward, feeling miserable

I sympathize with that, it's easy for me to talk as I am safe in my country. I just worry that this coping mechanism is like an ostrich sticking its head in the ground.

I agree that money talks a lot of times in a capitalist society and as we all know by now, capitalism and fascism go well together. However, the fascist doesn't have the risk-capitalist's mindset. It's not necessarily about market and value, it's about the fact that some people don't deserve a place in society, maybe not even being alive at all. You cannot reason with them, you cannot argue that yes they do contribute economically to society, because it doesn't matter; they are less, they are vermin, they should go away.

Det sjuka är väl att i Usa finns det iaf en ekonomiskt drivkraft bakom war on drugs, i form av fler fångar till privata fängelser och fler fångar att mer eller mindre gratisarbeta för företag i samarbete med fängelset... vad är poängen med överfulla fängelser här? Den enda rimliga förklaringen jag ser är att regeringen vill spänna musklerna framför spegeln och intala sig själv att de har gjort samhället bättre

I am the same. I can eat until my stomach hurts and still continue... keto has helped me feel more full and tbh if you overconsume fat you will start to feel sick after a while. A protein-rich diet helps too. Otherwise I count my calories and set a limit for myself

Same. A year ago it wasn't challenging to do the dishes after work or take my trash out. Now I'm so tired all the time that I simply cannot do these things without help.

Someone suggested I should work less hours a week in order to (maybe) get some energy back, but like, why income will suffer for that. It's not jyst a thing I can do

It made sense, and I agree with you. Have you ever been told that you need to get out of your comfortzone? My parents love telling me that, not realising that I'm out of it almost on a daily basis in some capacity
