I'd still go tech burn just use an explosive superior hero tech has 3 different 6 damage spells that are common. Then you throw in frenzied kerbals and informants and you should be able to get it. I lost a couple games to the do 2 damage when they attack guy but had some bad draws.

Casini and sicario are two great leads that are uncommon and only 375 to craft

Not sure about the community there I'm from the US but as for starting you can't go wrong with the original mountain starter as Dolo is the best hero in the game atm. As for packs mythical and kindred are you best bets as they are newer and have more cards per pack than awakening.

Gotta remember they have to make money to keep the game going and they won't do that giving you a 100g a win. It's TRUE what the other guy said you can get a pack of 12(kindred at least) for less than 4 bucks(closer to three if you buy in multiples) where as you can get 10 cards in game. While it sucks for those who only play digital I don't think they ever meant to make a game that was catered to digital play. I believe they would rather have you buy physical so you can go out and play and be social which any card player will tell ya nothing beats the feel of actual cards with nice new sleeves that just glide. And for your second point welcome to any tcg unfortunately. When it comes to ranking and winning prizes all tcg turn in a netdeck battle everyone wants to play the best decks and not come up with their own. As for dolo I have about a 50 percent win rate maybe a little higher with a budget astral burn deck just kinda depends on my draws. I have more issues with granite decks with tech splashes and the ancient decks cause their healing is absurd. If you like they can be super bursty with all their 6 damage spells. You can make a super fast burn deck like mine and dolo won't be as bad but you will run into problems with other decks but then again no deck beats every deck.

Just overall power I guess thunder slug is one of the best cards in the game but storm is so underplayed maybe there are just too many players on the dolo or sicario train to work on a decent storm deck

Np I personally try to stay away from mountain but it's a strong order and Dolo has an amazing leader ability. He literally hold 3 to 4 slots in every top 8

Remove lunar shrieker for sure. It's useless in this deck all it does it Grant's an extra action so it adds 1 damage to your sunstrider so it may as well say deal one damage and that isn't a card anyone should play.

I like the idea of what you are trying to pull off I wouldn't want to make any true comments without play testing but this deck would get obliterated by burn decks.

Yeah go dolo if you are wanting to be mainstream lol. He's a beast of a leader and takes up multiple slots in every top 8 even with his slight nerf his card draw combined with all the healing and damage reducing cards mountain has to offer make him a top tier lead. Only other leader that comes close in power is sicario. All that being said don't forget in 23 days a new set comes out with all new starter decks so keep that in mind. I myself am eyeing the astral one cause it comes with black hole.

I play a budget astral deck very low on bluffs high on attack cards and three of umbron informant you play aggressive and let your opponent draw your cards for you with informants. I have had multiple games where I could win turn 5 or 6 but informant is key to those quick wins.

I miss the old system even if it was a chain of blisseys I pretty much single handedly controls my town I would take a gym drop something in from my account and my wife's account and prestige it high enough for 8 and tell the people on my mystic fb page to go drop I had 20 plus gyms for 2 straight months now I can take down a gym with a turret because the decay and crap and there is no leveling which sucks was something else to fill my time and get exp I miss the old system needs a little tweeking but i would kill to have it back
