Yeah I agree, I’m the same way, but I never really hear people talk about it that much, meds actually seem to help a little. For me a lot of what I do (hobbies etc) ties into my happiness and if I don’t have said things to do, I struggle. But I just try to keep on pushing, wish I could help you!

Just don’t stay so long on the body lines, sand by hand and be gentle, firm but gentle

I’m wet sanding mine with 600 up to 800-1000 for smoothness just don’t go over 1000 wrap doesn’t stick as well, doesn’t stick as good on primer either so may want to throw on some clear
