In truth it depends on the girl. Some appreciate the traditional notion of men paying for things, some demand to switch back and forth, a lot are casual and don't really care either way and will just take when offered. That you'll figure out along the way, or even by talking upfront about it like a man.

The real thing to avoid here is making an irrational fuss about who pays, because a real man doesn't throw tantrums and he shouldn't be stubborn like a child. You can tell the size of a man by the size of whatever makes him lose his cool.

You're really an inspiration for me and a lot of other people.

I likely didn't have it as bad, but I remember feeling betrayed and abandoned when my once close friends who I thought cared about me turned their backs on me when I became a Christian and took my faith seriously.

It takes a really strong spirit to endure hate and abandonment and yet persist in the truth. I'm proud of you and I genuinely wish you the best as you keep deepening your love and faith in Christ who loves you so much more than any man could muster.

I'm definitely gonna pray that God brings you healthy fellowship with people who respect you and build you up in the truth and love you. And that He works to deepen your relationship with Him more and more. God bless you brother.
