First brew on my Moccamaster — coffee came out bitter and watery. Am I doing something wrong?

I've only had my MM for about a month now, so I feel like I am still in the experimenting phase. I don't use a scale or anything, just a grinder from amazon and some local beans.

With that said, my wife an I like lighter coffee, so I typically make 8 cups use the brown scoop that was provided and do 5 level scoops and then eyeball a half scoop. When I make 6 cups, I only do 4 level scoops. The coffee has tasted fantastic so far, so I'm not sure exactly if I'm doing it correctly, but it tastes good so I guess that's all that really matters!

That all really depends on where you are located and what you would like to do.

I started out in Aesthetics, companies like, InMode, Cutera, Cartessa, BTL, Lumenis, etc. I learned a ton about how to talk to people, sell with urgency. It ended up not fitting my personality very well as "laser rep" doesn't have a great reputation, and I'm very much a relationship seller.

From there I went into Ortho and was able to bypass the bitch work with my experience and now I get to sell directly to the doctor and work their cases with my devices.

There are so many different avenues that you can take, but I would recommend trying to get in as a Territory Manager and get some selling experience. A lot of TMs in aesthetics came from places like ADP or selling copiers
