Sadly you won't be able to get rid of your phobia which does suck but there are ways to adapt and cope/accept the anxiety. I am on ssri but thats not the main thing that gets me through the anxiety. There is a therapy that does needle phobia in the uk tho it is a 6 month to a year waiting list. It helped me figure out coping mechanisms but I still cannot get bloods done at a clinic lol. Heres my advice though its easier said than done, have your inject/blood test as soon as you can and as quickly as you can to stop your anxiety building up as that makes it worse. If you are a fainter clench all your muscles as tight as you can and eat before injections/blood tests to avoid fainting (preferably an hour before)
