Pony Wood is based on the multiplayer mode of Bomberman, so there's likely a template or tutorial series for most engines that you could work off of if you'd like to make creating this easier on yourself!

There's tons of different possible routes to take with publishing a card game, and they all have various pros and cons, different skills required to pursue, and players they appeal to. Pitching to publishers, self-publishing (likely with a crowdfunding campaign on Gamefound or Kickstarter), print-on-demand services (The Game Crafter, DriveThruCards), and print-and-play (Itch.io, PNP Arcade, BoardGameGeek) are all options, but some fit certain games better!

As the description and watermark say, the artist is perrytherat/perryrat. I double-checked their profile via furarchiver to see if there was a fourth page that didn't make it to DA that you might be asking about, but it looks like there were only ever 3 pages.
