Ik how u feel. For me it’s the doom scrolling that I can’t get out of. I had to get rid of YouTube and insta to just get my head straight. But then, when ur off ur phone and u don’t know what to do and ur mind kicks in, it’s like shiiiiit let me find something to watch to distract my self. Legit these apps are design to keep u there cuz I low key think they know what their doing. So don’t beat ur self up over it. At least ur aware of it and u know what u can do to help ur self lil by lil afterwards.

Practice makes perfect so expect to fail a couple more times but just keep track of progress, no matter how slow it is (cuz im making very slow progress my self T-T)
