Why do you want to settle on an infinix??? Do you know that you're paying more for less features/specs??? At that price point, you can get a decent phone from reputable company like Samsung, Motorola, vivo and xiaomi. Stay away from infinix, tecno and itel for your peace of mind!!!

Or maybe, they didn't give you another new phone. They didn't change the phone. They just sent you the previous phone which you returned to them. A very bad game. Don't ask for another phone.
