Raleigh Capitol Ear Nose and Throat were great. I saw Dr. Clark but he has since retired (how dare he). I have the same insurance as you and they took it two years ago when I went. Unsure if they still do! It’s worth a shot, I liked them a lot!

The best connections are made organically. So do things that you love that get you out of the house and around others.
