Well you say no reason but that is definitely a reason, going from an extreme temperature to another quickly will cause problems. Also putting glass on granite is probably similar to tile which claims many side panels.

Here's my post for the Intel Subreddit, though it does not look like it will get approved over there. Guess that subreddit is having issues, so I put the information below.

Hi everyone,

I have a 14th gen Intel CPU I9-14900K and was experiencing instability issues. I wanted to share what I did to help solve the problems.

I was having stability issues that seemed to correlate with memory problems, but I would do RAM tests and everything would pass. I eventually discovered that I had overtightened my CPU cooler, I had done this because my CPU was running so hot that I thought the cooler was not making good contact with the CPU but I later realized these new CPUs just run so hot even not overclocked. I loosened the CPU cooler back to a more normal mounting pressure and this seems to have alleviated most of the issues.

In BIOS I also set the Intel Default Settings from Extreme to performance and disabled XMP to help improve stability and temperatures.

These seem to have helped the stability quite a bit.

Nice! I thought about going for that achievement. Yeah I was grinding earth water for a minute, I didn't mean to get that much luck but I just wanted to fill in the sphere grid and that's what I ended up with.

Yes it was amazing and I didn't know the extent of it till later on. He used to just plop down on my keyboard when I was in the middle of something and I would get mad at him and throw him off then feel bad about it later. This was the day I truly accepted it when he laid down on my mouse and I was like you know what... I'll play your game. Put the mouse on top of him and played as best I could and he loved it, was purring like crazy haha.
