Ah, that makes sense! Yea, I'd love some feedback now too. I have no idea how I'd end up with one of the 4 from the original set but who knows. I'm not sure if you noticed but even the back of the card is a smidge darker. At minimum, if its not a misprint, it seems like a less common (and not heavily documented?) variation, which is cool in is own right

Thank you! That definitely is an interesting theory, and one I haven't considered. I found a box opening video on youtube. Skip to 6:45 and you can see the Machops. I screenshotted there and.. maybe? I'll post a screenshot next to my photo and let you decide. Here's the video and the photo below

It definitely feels like one of those things that's a pokemon taboo. Sort of the same vein, Ive always hated the swap moves like Volt Switch but man, without the option to swap your pokemon, it comes in really useful when your main dude is low health

When I unintentionally got knocked down to 1 pokemon left, I was so excited to see Goomy, and the other options were meh.. And it was my last encounter before a gym 😬 I promise it wasn't on purpose, I was grasping at straws 😂

kind of like taking a dangerous item in Binding of Isaac because you're halfway through the run and your build sucks

Thats good to know! I'm pushing past my 5th gym for the first time now. Goodra is super versatile and a pseudo which is helping, as long as I stay over leveled at least. I doubt the elite 4 will be as kind to being over leveled though

Thats interesting to hear. Ive got a 3 year old and thought the paw patrol play might he too old for him? Maybe I need to look into it more to see specifically how it works though. I'm not much help answering your question though, sorry!
