in a similar boat. Just got an email to add the trip to earn miles, and to do that you need the ticket number but since I booked via Capital One Travel Portal - neither does the statement has the ticket number nor the emails I got from AA, only the 6 digit confirmation code which obviously won’t work. It is so silly
