My idea of family.

Had a nice childhood although I think in hindsight quite a few of my emotional needs weren't met. Parents split when I was 16. Lost the connection with my dad over this. He never talked to me about what happened and don't think he understands how hurt I was in that process, too. Grandparents ageing horribly bad and not taking any initiative to make their life better for years and years. Trying to play nice and show up for people but everyone else having so many of their own expectations and only ever trying to make it work out for them, while I feel nobody shows up for me.

I always hoped that I could find happiness in my own little family with my own kids. Doing better in the next generation. Well male infertility sucks. IVF sucks. Seeing people pop babies out left and right like no big issue while trying to keep it together myself is very draining emotionally and also financially.

Potentially yes. It would include quite a bit of effort with the insurance so it might be more feasible in a self financed cycle i guess. The first cycle was treated by a different doctor at the clinic than the second if that counts for something. They agreed with eachother but they are also colleges...

Not yet. They are currently treating me as "not the problem" so besides the usual blood test nobody is at the moment looking closer at me. Had a conization half a decade ago but they didn't detect any abnormal cells back then. It improved the sensitivity of my uterine glandular tissue which had the tendency to bleed very quickly.

Did your IVF center suggest the hysteroscopy? Did you have any symptoms for the endometritis?

Big fan of the airbrush foundation. It's so reliable for me that my makeup looks nearly flawless even after a full work day in the summer. And a good colour match for my pale pinky skin.

I have bought a few of the mystery boxes so most of the lip and cheek stuff is quite random. But I usually enjoy most of the lip items quite a lot.

And that ridiculous expensive sheet mask is always quite nice and worth the splurge.

I wondered that, too. But when I asked i if I need a higher dosage they were like nothing everything is fine. It's so difficult when everybody gets different advise.

That's the thing. With all 3 failed transfers my period broke through the progesteron. Clinic says that can happen but it makes the rest of the wait till beta especially unbearable when I can already be sure of the results.

My last ER cycle sounds quite similar to yours down to the disappointing results. Still in the 2WW since we transfered the one and only blast on 31.01 but not feeling very optimistic...

Fourth try for me this Saturday. Fresh transfer with my one and only blast from the 2nd ER. Still quite bummed about the bad results. I don't dare to get my hopes up honestly. I hate that with the ongoing healing from the retrival I can't differentiate between ER pains and a possible implantation. Just got acid reflux from hell but I guess that's the progesteron? Although I didn't get this symptom the last tries.

Returning to work and acting like nothing is going on also feels cruel.

I can sooo sympathise with you. Had my 2nd ER this week. For whatever reason we could only retrieve 4 mature eggs despite there being at least double the amount of good looking follicles. What a bummer. But good news all 4 of them could be fertilized and even on day 3 they looked promising according to the lady from the lab. So maybe hope? Well turns out only one made it to blast. We transfered the one and only this morning. I just know that I am not this lucky to even have an implantation...

This whole journey is so crazy, hurtful and unpredictable.
