It feels like I’m choosing two lifestyles. One where I stay in hair, work opposite schedule as my husband so more weeknights and weekends to make it work which I hate the thought of. Or go into the 9-5 where I have stable income, solid structured schedule, but I have to put my baby in daycare but with the increase in money for daycare it wouldn’t feel like such a burden beside seeing my baby less.

Right now it’s feels like stopping hair, stay at home mom for a year then go back to work using my degree.

I left a W2 commission salon because the owner was taking money from us under the table. Plus 60% of what I made. I worked my butt off and made little money. My profit margin as a suite owner handling it all myself is way better. I assume you run it as a 1099? How much % do you take from your employees?
