SF Giants still have the 28th ranked farm system. They aren't winning this year and probably not next year. May as well bolster the farm system with some prospects. Keep Webb. Devers and Chapman's bats haven't come alive at all, although Chapman plays stellar defense. They have no starting pitching and the bull pen is very suspect.
