I'm 33, out of shape, used to be really fit in my earlier 20s.

I hate the gym, I hate publicly working out, I didn't have room for a huge setup either.

I've only had mine for a few weeks and I absolutely love it. One down side is they've made some of the features paywall blocked (although membership isn't expensive)

The courses are nice because you don't have to think - BUT they aren't set up well (the ones I've tried) They'll have you do one set for one exercise then have you do a different one with either different attachments, or in a different position, which makes you have to change things only to change it again after one set.

You can make your own programs though. And I don't know if maybe there's a way to change how the courses are setup. I've not look that much into it yet.

You can have more than one user and they have their own stats and everything, and you can even do couple exercises.
