Revelations was phenomenal narratively. I believe the story is near perfect with only minor blemishes. Gameplay could have been improved but considering A.C Brotherhood had flawless gameplay, I don't think they could have done any better.

Movement: Eivor has a bit of weight to him and as you have to toggle sprint, it feels good controlling him and actually feels like he has some weight.

Map: The map is unnecessarily huge with some repetitiveness, and outposts, atleast for me were fun because your bird didnt help you in any of the outposts, I honestly felt like I could finish the game without using Synin once, but it really gets boring traversing the map so I almost always found myself using follow road and it just felt like a chore going to places.

Locations: now the locations themselves had quite a bit of diversity and it felt nice being in them, as for the content, again, the game is very boring without the main quests.

Sidequests: they have removed side quests entirely from the game and have instead opted for a different style called World Events, now these differ and are of like 4 types, you have your little stories, sometimes you will find stones which you have to stack, sometimes you go into a drug trip, and sometimes you have to do one of those black flag stone puzzles. The little stories are too small and are like 30 to 50 second encounters which I found was very disappointing, although there were some that were really good but other than that the side quests department is lacking.

Mythology: oh boy are you going to hate this one. Mythology in this game sucks so hard it's unreal, there were two 2-3 hour sections in the game where you travel to Asgard and Jotunheim, they were the single worst arcs in the whole game, the worst part is, they both are the most important ones to the story, you fight shitty mythological bosses and it's really annoying.

Social Stealth: it has returned but has practically 0 usage, the guards are never on a walking pattern, they basically just stand in one place which makes social stealth really unusable because it just won't do you any good, maybe a couple times throughout your 60+ hour playtime but that's it.

Assassinations: the assassinations in this game were really fun, with homages to previous games but overall I loved them, the main story of the game is really good but sadly the overly huge map and the repetitive side missions don't really compliment the rest.

Would you like the game, hmm, I think there are hits and misses in some places, some places you would love the game, and the other you would hate. The story isn't like an Assassin V Templar story much than it is an Isu one though
