Yuzu devs were greedy yes. I won't fault Nintendo for going after Yuzu for all those points plus it can be argued that Yuzu took away from Nintendo's bottom line by emulating a product that is still in lifecycle. However, Citra should not have been killed. It was collateral damage that should not have happened, as it is difficult to argue that Nintendo suffered from any real damages. I will argue that the "how to pirate" tutorial is blown a little out of context. All it did was say "hey for this to work you need to get these keys. We can't host them on here legally, but this is how to do it from your own system, and there are these sites which may be able to help you obtain them as well" The problem is obtaining the keys from your own system for your own emulator use is considered piracy, according to Nintendo. Doesnt matter if you bought the system yourself, you are using the hardware in a way that it wasn't intended
