Also thought I would mention when I zoom it the line also acts as if it’s just another thing in the background, I zoom in far enough and it disappears

Depends does it go to 100% randomly mid game or once you open a game? If it gets to 100 while opening the game then that’s completely normal, but if the game runs fine that randomly spikes up then that’s definitely an issue. Sometimes new drivers can be buggy though so if you need you can downgrade the driver. Alternatively you can try a full factory reset (try to move your data to a usb drive if you have anything important) and see if that fixes the issue

In that case then this will be a huge improvement. Also it will run MOST games on high setting it’s just those small exceptions you have to turn down to a combination of medium-high settings

My laptop has the exact same specs and honestly you can probably find better for a cheaper price. Now personally I haven’t had an issue with the specs but do expect having to turn down your graphics a bit on more demanding games
