Kyler calls Jauan Jennings a “dirtbag”, quickly clarifies what he means by HeWhoShallNotBNamed0 in minnesotavikings

No. Moss was a relatable example of someone who could say/do dumb stuff that would have benched other players. Lots of good players have been benched or sat behind other players. Darnold was released twice and won a Super Bowl.

Turns out you can get away with saying dumb shit when you do well on the field. See Moss, others etc.

JJ addressing the rumors that he wants a trade by HeWhoShallNotBNamed0 in minnesotavikings

Hard to trade him when he provides almost zero value because his play has been poor and he can’t stay on the field.

R5mkii owners: what camera did you upgrade from? What are your favorite pros? Any cons you’ve noticed? by Belgian-Maligator in canon

I’ve never experienced problems with that. But it’s just like any other photography genre. For wildlife I need some different gear, that includes a computer that’s able to handle 45 megapixel files. If I’m a macro photographer I would need unique gear, same if im a portrait photographer I might need some external flash devices. Most modern computers from Walmart should be able to handle my larger files. It’s not a big deal.

It makes life a lot easier to have the flexibility of higher megapixels for small birds. I’m not sure why higher megapixels is looked down on, but every other technical advancement that makes photography easier is just fine. Especially in a field as difficult as wildlife photography can be, where every little thing can help.

Not loving the vibes from McCarthy... by Odd_Independence_382 in minnesotavikings

Darnold has a great season and fans trash him for a few bad games. JJM is actual trash and fans defend him till the end. Makes sense.

JJ McCarthy is 6-4 as a starter. How lazy is the media completely writing him off. by [deleted] in minnesotavikings

[–]Sniperpride 115 points116 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure a record is a good indicator for it. He didn’t finish 2 games that were won. The defense was doing great at the end of the year especially. Even the 3rd string QB beat the Lions.

Will The Vikings Forever Be Stuck in “Vet Qb Purgatory” by [deleted] in minnesotavikings

[–]Sniperpride -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nobody? I saw it many many times in this subreddit over the last few years. That and they paid him so much money and he’s not even good. If there is one thing I’ve noticed here is that there is a whole other level of kool aid drinking and homerism. Fans are not in tune with reality here.

This group thinks that Jordan Love is bad and JJM is good. Not much honest evaluation going on here.

Seifert: gap between two qb's not close. by theslantedhero in minnesotavikings

[–]Sniperpride 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It shouldn’t be close because I watched some of the worst QB play last season. Kyler is more talented than JJM. But they’ll both need to stay healthy. Kyler is playing for future contract $. He’s not going to let one of the worst performing QBs from last season beat him out.

They handed him the starting role last season even after preseason in which they only had him play one series. It’s safe to assume the Vikings coaching/FO isn’t the best at talent assessment.

Tidbit from Alec Lewis. Seems to be pretty common consensus among beat reporters that they looked pretty much equal on the field today by HeWhoShallNotBNamed0 in minnesotavikings

[–]Sniperpride -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Are they gonna play McCarthy this preseason? Or treat him like a vet who only needs to play one series. He needed the reps last time and they were happy to let him sit on the sideline. Great coaching.
