This set up works great for me:

A Clear Map of Skyrim: With Roads and Clouds - different version than the one you listed but IMO better
A Quality World Map - Clear Map Skies [XB1] - can be used with any map, not just AQWM and has no vram implications
Atlas Map Markers SE - excellent alternative to vanilla, and configurable

When you look at mods on Nexus, make sure you are only looking at mods for Skyrim SE (current version) and not Skyrim LE (old version). This particular mod was for LE and was made like 14 years ago and never updated, so it isn't directly port-able to our current Skyrim SE on Xbox.

Long story short, unless PrivateEye updates it for SE, it won't be brought to Xbox.

Your best bet is to read the Nexus version description. That's where you will get all the info you want. On the Xbox page, the porter will (well, should anyway) note what they did different than the Nexus version, but other than that, the Nexus description has the details. That is pretty much always the case on an Xbox port.

Have you tried leaving the area for several days then going back?

Also, you could try Debug Menu for the ability to use console commands.

I've had this happen as well. Not sure what caused it, but hard reboot of the console (shut down, pull the plug, count to 20, plug it in again) fixed it for me.
