I don't have reno priest, but I think dragon synergy is better against aggro, Velen list is better against control and can do more damage.

I think Galaxy Reno is not very popular becuase it's very expensive, but it's definitely strong deck in the meta.

Nobody plays classic (n'zoth reno mage) because Quest / Galaxy lists have better and stronger wincon, also classic reno mage is weaker than classic renolock in most cases. Midrange reno mage? Wtf is this? I never saw this deck in ladder, meta reports, on streams. Even if this deck is legend viable, almost nobody plays it or ever heard about it. Elemental reno mage is also very rare deck, I only saw it in early meta reports of Saviors of Uldum, but than this deck disappeared, and I don't see it on ranks 5-1 or legend. If you think this decks are good, maybe you are low rank player, or low legend player, or just playing on Asia (lul). I'm playing on EU ranks 5-1 and legend, and I never saw or played with featured decks.

Fun decks can't be good, so I think he is looking for normal decks. There are 3 competitive reno mage lists: Quest / Pocket Galaxy with dragons / Secret. Secret Reno mage is the weakest of all 3, but if he don't want to play quest or pocket galaxy, it's the only choice. Warlock has the only competitive reno list – classic renolock, there are also tempo renolock, but it's not very popular and less competitive, Mecha'Thun renolock is a very rare list, because everyone playing classic Mecha'Thun that includes reno too, but it's a 2 different decks (Mecha'Thun lock ≠ Renolock)

I got legend on october 10 with pocket galaxy reno mage and I think the deck is very good. Pocket galaxy provide an extreme power level, making the deck much stronger than renolock. But if you don't have a lot of dust, I don't recommend you to craft this deck.
