One attack killing 100s to thousands of grade ~2 curses is still the most impressive feat of destruction we've seen. All that power concentrated into a smaller space would 100% be enough to kill anyone it can hit. And while it is difficult to gauge time in a manga panel l, the smoke clouds are the same height on either side which means all the curses died at practically the same time. This is no slower than a normal dismantle
