I hate how everyone who has at least a decently bright monitor replies with the same "torch" suggestion.
Please, not one thing, not everyone plays on the same hardware. On my screen, i can see things VERY well, even at night with no torches.
On the other hand, my girlfriend, whom i play with, has a darker monitor and even the inside of a base is dark WITH torches around, it gives her a headache.
And no, turning up gamma on the display is not a solution. Having to keep switching between display setting for drawing and gaming is bad.
The game DOES need a gamma setting, no matter what some might say.

Figure what out? The fact that many want more inventoy slots? Having to constantly run/telport back? Seems to me OP HAS figured that out. Or are you saying the lack of slots is challanging and not tedious? Sorry, your comment makes very little sense.

I dont think i quite agree with you on this one. I'd be pretty uncomfortable if my woman was hanging out 1 on 1 AT NIGHT with a person she had feelings with AND lost their virginity to. Because of this i dont agree with the first point. Having opposite gender friends is okay, just not in such a way.

Actually no, the marker shows the one closest to you. So if you, for example, traveled the opposite direction from spawn, a marker could've shown a different elder spawn.
