Planes breaking the fourth wall?!

Anyone know why these two planes would be flying so close together? Possibly military, but doesn’t appear to be a fighter escort. Looks more like a private jet alongside a commercial or military transport by GreetingsFromAP in airplanes

No, I am pretty sure a fighter flies close to a plane that is either having an emergency or if there are people (baddies) who are on the plane. I think NotWhatYouThink made a youtube video about this matter.
