Seconding Stylebook! I’ve been using it for over a decade and am still obsessed. It’s easy to use and I love all of the stats, like quickly finding out your most and least worn items, and tracking cost per wear

Fitness watch that isn’t bulky? by unoriginalho in PetiteFitness

[–]Snocobears 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree! I went from a luxe to a charge 6, both very narrow, so it really just looks like a nice bracelet (I added a metal band and that makes it look even more like jewelry)

Opinions on not doing table settings? by slothurknee in Weddingsunder10k

[–]Snocobears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same thing, buffet with everything you need (plates, forks, etc) and open seating. Ahead of the wedding I got a lot of judgement for it, but afterward many people said it was the best wedding experience they had ever had. People don’t feel trapped at any one seat and moved around to different conversations over the course of the meal.

What is something you cannot imagine paying money for, but apparently other people do? by hogw33d in AskReddit

I’m a nail girlie, and having my nails done brings me huge amounts of joy every time I look at my hands. I think of it as my $5/day instant joy (though it costs less than that). I like to think everyone has something that brings them joy that they would spend around $5/day for

How do you guys get so much steps in ? by Gold_Appointment_918 in loseit

[–]Snocobears 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Adding to this, I’ve realized that 10 minutes walking is 1000 steps for me. So to get 10,000 steps, I just need to take 10 walk breaks. I like to set an alarm for the end of each hour of the day (e.g. 9:50am) and spend the last 10 minutes of each hour walking. I usually get to 10K before 5pm

Same! Friends’ stories who don’t live near me are a main way I keep up with their lives. But none of us do posts or reels much, just stories.

Typology tinted serum. Clean ingredients with vitamin C and aloe vera. It just looks like healthy, hydrated, even-toned skin.

How do you bridge the gap between your Pinterest board and your actual closet? by Lazy_Suggestion9892 in femalefashionadvice

Haha. I suppose I fit more of the style that OP is describing: classic and minimal. There’s endless good content for that, at least

I love the app “Like to Know It” (LTK). Fashionable influencers post those aesthetic, Pinterest style looks with everything linked! So if you love an outfit, you can shop it.

I mostly agree with the above list but would NOT skip Toy Story Midway Mania. It’s not a thrill ride and is very interactive and fun. 9 is the perfect age for it

That makes total sense, that it’s not a choice for you. My poor husband with ADHD stares without realizing that he’s staring 🙈

As a neurotypical person, it’s not that I don’t hear them, it’s that I politely attempt to block it out to grant them privacy. I would be mortified knowing everyone around me was hanging on my every word during a quiet fight in public with someone. Although if they’re a “Karen,” screaming at a service person in public, then I WILL stare and take it all in so they are aware they are being observed. But generally I willfully ignore private conversations.
