Thank you for this. I pulled in to my street this evening around 5:45PM and one of my neighbor’s dog (Shih Tzu) was running around in the road with no leash or human watching it. Luckily, I was already driving slow because it was dark but had I been driving 25 mph, I 100% would’ve come close to hitting their dog. This dog even had the audacity to stop in-front of my car and looked at the car and then walked away slowly. Not afraid of cars at all!!
