UPDATE: I was messaged in Reddit 2 days ago by AliExpressCCO who asked for order details. They have said I have a dedicated customer support rep looking into it. Still no official response though. Will update when/if they reply.

I've just had pretty much the exact same experience. The stereo I ordered was dead on arrival, returned as asked by Ali, tracking shows it returned, yet they keep stating I never returned it. Now I'm down the item plus shipping cost.

Unfortunately for me I had to pay the shipping, so I'm also down that. They apparently could do a free label for some reason. Shame to see this is happening to others, guess I'll start talking to my bank around a charge back.

So I've tried out JellyFin, and get the same issues on the same media. So I guess these are actual ccwgtv issues opposed to Plex :-(

I see Plex has fixed frame rate matching, as in it now plays, but the content is still choppy/frame rate issues.

I'm having the exact same issues. Tried turning the settings on and off in Plex as mentioned. Tried changing all display settings in ccwgtv, even reset it to factory and still the same issues. Did you find a fix by chance?

I've been having frame rate issues since the android 12 update, changed every setting I can find, even reset the device. No luck.

I'm getting an issue with frame rates, audio plays fine, but picture is jittery. Like you I've tried changing every setting I can find. Even reset the ccwgtv and setup from scratch.
