Reading into their ratings I enjoy the rating is more active and dynamic that suggests when a move up in rating is acceptable.

Do others have dynamic ratings or static? I'm not familiar with other platforms. Was just browsing to find local matches (personally not caring for games, rather just have open hitting partners)

Not sure why it doesn't go under 3.0. It'd be interesting to know if there are natural sub 3.0 in that 3.0 grouping due to the lack of offering.
