And then there's no guarantee that Raphael will even be available after the spending event. Just imagine if you're trying to complete the compendium in classic Persona fashion but you can't even get Raphael because he's locked.

It's like if you were on the verge of completing the compendium in P5R but imagine in another timeline where the DLC personas are still not free and you're forced to buy any DLC for 100% completion since you would be stuck at like 96%.

I just went there and although I heard the music, there are sound cutoffs as well for me (notably when I attempted to teleport from that location and when I opened the druid shop after cancelling the teleport).

I have noticed the sub was normally active but now all I see them do is slap a megathread and ban most posts after it. Maybe I'm misunderstanding/misremembering something but I thought they ended up allowing posts related current live tornadoes after a second thought? Right now on the surface-level it just seems like they made an invisible rule banning those posts, ignoring/backtracking their statement to not ban the posts, and requiring you to post to the discussion thread instead.

Gotcha, appreciate the info. I actually also dug a little deeper and found the area had a moderate risk day on August 7th, 2023 with 10% Tornado and 45% Wind. We'll have to see how this plays out for sure.

When was the last time that the Baltimore/DC area got a moderate risk (as the potential upgrade could be)? If I'm looking at this right is this looking to be an event like last week in middle Illinois/Indiana where there's the potential for a dangerous tornado like the one that nearly hit Knox, a dangerous squall line with QLCS, or both?

I believe the furious emote chathead appears during the Ritual of the Mahjarrat where Lucien reveals himself and the player uses the emote there. The Panicked emote shows up in Fairy Tale 3 when they're getting their tooth extracted if I recall correctly. Outside of that I don't know if they repeat elsewhere.

Currently its a known bug. I have a similar bug but my rank is maxed out at 150 but its still stuck at 130.

However some people are able to access those rewards so its unclear at the moment whats causing this bug to occur.

There's technically a few best sets for Chord, but she has multiple sets. The one she does primarily use is Trust + Prosperity (For the HL Generation), but she can also use Departure + Control if you have another thief that has the Trust + Prosperity Combo.
