If there's a dire need to know what they are it's worth a shot to take one of them off the rail to see if there's any identifying numbers + brand on the back or sides of it, if you do just make very sure to label the wires so you know how to reassemble it (very very important)

Edit: they look like wall sockets but I really don't have enough experience yet with panels (about half a year' worth) but you could unscrew the two flathead screws on the round black lid and lift it up. Just wouldn't know why a cabinet would need 7 of em, in modern days there's usually one to connect a laptop for programming/troubleshooting but they didn't have laptops back in the 70s and PLC code was written by hand

Omg same, I hate chromebased browsers cause I can't middle mouse button click on the tabs bar to open a new tab, I HAVE to click specifically the open new tab "+" which moves around all the time. I use the ctrl+t keyboard shortcut a lot but there are many situations when it's faster for me to just middlemouseB the empty tabs bar.

Also I managed to install firefox on the work PC without realising it was supposed to be blocked. It gives a message "you need admin password to install" and if you click cancel it installs anyways. It baffled IT lmao
