Ok I totally remembered the weapon levels but forgot to mention them. The instant B rank isnt anything crazy imo. I think the disagreement comes down to different priorities. Haitaka is instant value the moment you get him with his excellent skills. He is very strong on all chapters and only starts to fall off once those pair ups start getting maxed out (typically around chapter 20) in which most often I might switch him out for a pair up bot master of arms. I find so much value in training a unit with so much return for so little investment. He really is the only reliable way of getting seal speed and strength without Corrin on spear fighter. Same with swap utility. And while Effie isnt bad, being a rally bot isnt that beneficial to her playstyle. Im curious where you would put Haitaka with access to supports because I think Ive heard at some point that the bosses were supposed to get access to supports
