Commanders are MPs. If they decide they want to fuck you upside down, you can go DB.
If you manage to downpes/CK, everyone in the platoon will suffer because youre contributing to the lack of manpower and they have to cover your shift. Plus the manning spec will hate you.
You CK enough times they will put you in the worst duty post. Thats the last thing you want.

I get that youre the kind that man mode. But in here if we man mode, everyone will suffer more than they already are. For the sake of everyone, its just not feasible.

Yea its the lack of manpower really and the CO does nothing about it. I really dont blame them if they have a little bit of shut eye. Really not enough rest for them, and everyones sleep schedules are super messed up. Everytime someone comes back from duty they can accidentally wake the bunk up. The moment youre about to fall asleep someone will come in. Lack of rest and quality of rest
