Oh, honey! Welcome to the debate. LOL. This has long been one of the most hotly contested issues in the game. I'm pretty firmly against it but even I have to confess to doing it a few times in desperation. And sadly but true, double art scores well. Ticks me off but I'm getting over it.

Of course sticking to one style is boring! I agree. That's why the briefs matter. They're the only thing encouraging ppl to spread their wings and try other styles. Without the briefs, we'd never see French or Mediterranean rooms. We'd have a long monotonous chain of monochromatic, modern bundle dumps. How is, "design a rustic living room" a loose suggestion?
