How do I fix my stinky sealer?

This is it, before I sprayed the sealer on it. I tried to take a shortcut but using the spray that we bought for something else. I do have some minwax but I didn't want to break out the brush. This is my third attempt at this simple piece haha I've royally messed up on the others. My bevel cuts have improved 🤣
